Regular - $8 flat rate. Delivery within 2-8 business days
Express - $12 flat rate. Delivery within 1-4 business days

NEW ZEALAND
Regular - $12 flat rate. Delivery within 5-10 business days

Refund policy

We hope your love your new purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

CHANGE OF MIND
Change of mind returns are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit note on all full-priced items within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on any discounted/sale items.

Shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are at the expense of the customer.

FAULTY
In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or damaged we will happily honour a replacement or full refund providing the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
